The ladies' garment with bust cups is structured as follows: a bust pad part 2, a back part and shoulder strap parts 4 are integrally formed of stretchable knitted fabric; a pocket 16 integrated with a bust cup 20 is formed at the inside of the bust pad part 2 by being sewn on an inside fabric 15; a pair of the bust cups 20 inserted into the pocket 16 is provided with bust receiving pads 25 respectively receiving the busts from outside when worn.
