To provide a laminate which comprises a variety of thermoplastic resins laminated on various kinds of base materials with a polyurethane adhesive by an extrusion laminating process and exhibits high lamination strength and a method for manufacturing the laminate.
First, the polyurethane adhesive is applied to various kinds of base material selected from among a film base material composed of a thermoplastic resin, an aluminum foil, an aluminum vapor-deposited film base material and an inorganic compound vapor-deposited film base material. Next, a resin composition layer obtained by blending 50 to 99 wt.% of a polyolefin resin(resin A) and 1 to 50 wt.% of a petroleum resin(resin B) having a hydroxyl group, is laminated by an extrusion laminating process.
