To provide a laminated film which shows superb hygienic quantities, high water resistance, high alkalinity resistance, coating film adhesive and excellent heat sealing characteristics.
This laminated film has a layer composed of a polyolefin resin with a thickness of 0.01 to 10 μm formed on at least one of the sides of a thermoplastic resin film and is characterized in that an emulsifier or a chemical compound having a protecting colloidal action is not substantially included in a polyolefin resin layer. The polyolefin resin is a copolymer composed of an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydride (A1), an ethylene hydrocarbon (A2) and at least one kind of chemical compounds (A3) selected from I-IV chemical compounds. In addition, the mass ratio of the constituent components (A1) to (A3) satisfies the formulae (1): 0.01≤(A1)/{(A1)+(A2)+(A3)}×100<5 (1) and (2): (A2)/(A3)=55/45 to 99/1 (2).
