Abstract:
To provide a technique for forming a gas barrier coating layer containing fine cellulose fibers on a paper substrate, and a technique for forming a coating layer that exhibits high gas barrier properties without requiring any special coating facility.SOLUTION: A gas barrier coating layer 13 is coated on a surface with high fiber density as a paper substrate 12, using one having a high fiber density on one side and a low fiber density on the other side. In order to coat the coating layer on a smooth surface with high fiber density, it is possible to form the coating layer that exhibits high gas barrier properties by using a clay coating device of a papermaking device, etc., without requiring any special coating facility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
