PURPOSE: To obtain a laminate plate with distinctness of image, never generating pressure mark even when the steel plate is cut into cut plates after winding into a coil, by a method wherein the surface roughness of the rear surface of the steel plate is specified and a coating film is provided on the rear surface of the steel plate.
CONSTITUTION: A laminate steel plate is manufactured by forming an adhesive agent layer on the steel plate and heating it, then, supplying a laminate film so that the surface of a PVC film is arranged at the side of the adhesive agent layer to laminate the film by a laminate roll made of rubber and, thereafter, pressing the laminate film by a heating type mirror-finish metallic roll. The surface roughness of the surface of rear side of the steel plate is made so as to be less than 0.2μm in a center line average roughness while a coating film is provided on the rear surface of the steel plate. A pattern figures are printed to increase designing property of the laminate film, however, the pattern figures are provided through gravure printing on either one of the PVC film or a PET film.
