To provide a laminated body having at least an adhesive layer and a sealant layer provided on a plastic base material in this order, in particular, having an excellent laminate strength, and also, the laminate strength between the plastic base material and the sealant layer prevented from falling even when various strongly permeable contents containing volatile substances act on the body, and in addition, capable of being manufactured in one process, and having an improved productivity, and provide its manufacturing method.

At least the adhesive layer and the sealant layer are provided in this order on the plastic base material. The adhesive layer has at least a urea bonding, and the thickness of which is 1 m or lower in the laminated body. Also, its manufacturing method is provided.
