The laminated ceramic capacitor 1 is constituted such that it has inner electrode layers 3 and has interlayer dielectric layers 2 each having a thicknesses not larger than 3.5 μm, each interlayer dielectric layer 2 comprises contacting dielectric grains and non-contacting dielectric grains 2a, 2b with the inner electrode layer 3, and when representing average grain sizes of the contacting and non-contacting dielectric grains 2a, 2b with the inner electrode layer as D50e and D50d, relations of D50e < 0.450 μm and (D50e/D50d)=1.20-3.00 (wherefrom 1.20 and 3.00 are excluded) are satisfied.
