Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a laminated nonwoven fabric, containing a melt blown nonwoven fabric and a spunbonded nonwoven fabric, fixed without any defects and laminated, utilizing the flexibility, porosity, water resistance, etc., possessed by the melt blown nonwoven fabric and strength, hand, touch, etc., possessed by the spunbonded nonwoven fabric to the maximum and excellent in flexibility and strength and a method for producing the nonwoven fabric.
CONSTITUTION: The objective laminated nonwoven fabric is characterized by comprising a laminate of an intermediate layer 2 composed of a melt blown nonwoven fabric produced by melt blowing an olefinic resin with an inner and an outer layers (3a) and (3b) of a spunbonded nonwoven fabric, consisting essentially of polyester-based fiber and partially bonding mutual fiber at a low density. Fiber constructing the inner and outer layers is inserted into the melt blown nonwoven fabric to produce entanglement with fiber in the melt blown nonwoven fabric and the spunbonded nonwoven fabric on opposite side and integrating the fiber therewith. A method for producing the laminated nonwoven fabric and a material for clothes composed of the laminated nonwoven fabric are further provided.
