Abstract:
To provide resin-based dental cutting blanks that can naturally match the color tone of natural teeth of many patients even when a dental prosthesis is made that includes a part where there is no natural tooth in a base in a relatively wide range from the vicinity of the tooth cervix to the cutting-edge part.SOLUTION: A part to be cut of a resin-based dental cutting blank is made up of a hybrid resin laminate having a laminated structure, in which a first layer made of a structural color-based hybrid resin that does not substantially contain a pigment or the like and can be adapted to the surrounding color tone by expressing the structural color of a specific color tone regardless of the incident angle of light and a second layer made of a hybrid resin colored in a different color tone by blending a pigment or the like are joined, the hybrid resin laminate having a color difference between both layers: ΔE* of 2 to 30.SELECTED DRAWING: None
