To provide a laminating apparatus for a food tray which accurately performs alignment between a synthetic resin sheet being the base material of a food tray and a laminated film even in a thermal lamination production method.
The laminating apparatus for a food tray pays out a film wound around a bobbin and continuously thermally fusing the film onto the surface of a synthetic resin sheet for a food tray conveyed at a prescribed velocity on a line. The laminating apparatus includes: a film paying-out means of paying out the film from the bobbin; a first sensor means of detecting the conveyance velocity of the sheet; a second sensor means of detecting the reduction value of the film wound around the bobbin; a control parameter inputting means 19 of inputting a prescribed control parameter required for the paying-out velocity control of the film; and a paying-out velocity controlling means 17 of controlling the paying-out velocity of the film to a prescribed value in accordance with the detected values by the first and second sensor means and the input value of the control parameter.
