Abstract:
To prevent a change of properties and deterioration of foods due to a degradation in water-resistant adhesion and gas barrier properties in retort and after long-term humidifying.
In a transparent gas barrier film, a transparent inorganic oxide layer is provided at least on one surface of a base material film, and further, a resin layer I and a resin layer II are laminated sequentially. In the base material film, a metal thin film layer due to a plasma treatment as a pretreatment is provided. The resin layer I contains mainly an epoxy resin having a backbone structure having formula (1), and further, contains a silane coupling agent. The resin layer II contains a melamine resin.
