PURPOSE: To make the use of flammable organic solution unnecessary during preliminary pressure-welding by heating the adhesive surfaces of a polyvinyl chloride sheet and bridged polyvinyl chloride foaming body, and performing a preliminary pressure-welding, followed by permanent pressure-welding by re-heating.
CONSTITUTION: A polyvinyl chloride sheet A and bridged polyvinyl chloride foaming body B are held from the upper and lower direction by means of a pair of feed rollers 3a, 3b, and made to be contacted in their surfaces while removing the air existing between A and B. By heating the laminating body C from the upper and lower directions by means of a preliminary welding heater 4, the plastic agent, heat stabilizing agent and the like, which are contained in the polyvinyl chloride sheet A and bridged polyvinyl chloride foaming body B are activated. Next, immediately after heating, they are subjected to preliminary pressure-welding through hold-pressing by a pair of pressing rollers 5a, 5b. Thus, the adhesive agent of an organic solution or the like is not required.
