Abstract:
Provided is a lamination device for producing a laminated body having high adhesion by much easily performing surface modification of sheets under an atmosphere without surface fracture. A lamination device (10) for successively laminating sheets (L1-L5), to which polymer sheets to be modified by UV irradiation are exposed, on at least a part of an adhesion surface comprises: an alignment stage (50) for performing the positioning of the sheets (L1-L5); a lamination stage (80) for laminating the positioned sheets (L1-L5); a transport holder (60) for moving the sheets (L1-L5) from the alignment stage (50) to the lamination stage (80); and a UV irradiation device (100) for performing UV irradiation to the sheets (L1-L5) at a wavelength of 350 nm or less. The UV irradiation device is installed between the alignment stage and the lamination stage, and the UV irradiation provides a lamination device (10) performed after the positioning.
