Abstract:
To provide a laser diode fixing method which makes it easy to increase position precision, is implemented with a simple structure, and never makes heat radiation worse.
To fix a laser diode 2 to an optical base 1, a screw pin 5 is clamped to the optical base by using, for example, an anaerobic adhesive. Then the position and angle of the laser diode to the optical base are adjusted with, for example, 5-axial 3D. Then the laser diode is soldered to the screw pin by using solder 6.
