Abstract:

To provide a laser thermal transfer apparatus which laminates an acceptor substrate and a donor film by a magnetic force, and a manufacturing method for an organic light-emitting element using the laser thermal transfer apparatus.

This laser thermal transfer apparatus comprises: a substrate stage which is sequentially overlaid with the acceptor substrate and the donor film formed with a transfer layer joined to the acceptor substrate and containing a permanent magnet, and contains an electromagnet creating a magnetic force and the permanent magnet; a laser transmitter for irradiating the donor film with a laser; and a chamber which incorporates the substrate stage.
