Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding method capable of reducing a Cr content of an outer edge of a first layer of 690 series deposited metal by dilution with a base material in a case of using the 690 series deposited metal as a filler material.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a laser welding method is for forming a plurality of layers constituting deposited metal by melting a filler material and part of a base material by a laser beam. 690 series deposited metal serving as the filler material is a nickel-based alloy containing 28.0 to 31.5 mass% of chromium. The filler material is configured to have a diameter of 1.1 mm or more. The base material 100 contains 15 mass% or more of chromium. At a time of forming a first layer that is a layer in contact with the base material 100, bead constituting an outer edge 17e of the first layer is subjected to laser welding under welding conditions of laser power of 2.6 kW or less, a welding speed of 50 cm/min or less, and a filler-material feeding speed of 145 cm/min or more.
