PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lathe-turning processing device capable of elongating a lifetime of a contact type sensor and improving measurement accuracy.SOLUTION: A lathe-turning processing device 100 includes a pedestal 10, a lathe-turning cutter 20, a rest 50 for clamping a main journal, and a contact type sensor 60 for detecting positions of both end faces S1, S2 of the main journal J3. The contact type sensor 60 is mounted on the pedestal 10.
