To enable light of an LED task light entering a screen of a personal computer to be reduced to make the screen easy to see and brightly illuminate an operator's hands, when the task light is arranged between the personal computer and the operator on a working desk.
The LED task light 1 is provided with LEDs 2 and a reflecting plate 7 for reflecting light from the LEDs 2. The reflecting plate 7 blocks the passage of light from the LEDs 2 in a certain angle range with one side side-face and blocks the passage of light the LEDs 2 in a certain angle range with other side side-face, and the blocking angle θ1 on the one side is larger than the blocking angle θ2 on the other side. When the LED task light 1 is arranged between the personal computer PC and the operator W at the working desk D, the larger blocking angle θ1 side is made a personal computer PC side and the smaller blocking angle θ2 side is made an operator W side. Thereby, light from the LED task light 1 incident into the screen of the personal computer PC is reduced to make the screen of the personal computer easy to see, and further, since much more light is irradiated on the operator W side, the operator W's hands can be brightly illuminated.
