Abstract:
To provide a terminal fitting for downsizing a whole connector and reducing costs while securing an overcurrent protection function.
A terminal fitting 11 of the present invention having an overcurrent protection function, includes: a terminal body 20 having a melting part 21; an electric wire 30 whose core wire 31 covered with an insulation coating 32; a caulking ring 40 for connecting the terminal body 20 to the electric wire 30 in a state where a tip part 21B of the melting part 21 is inserted in the core wire 31; and a heat-shrinkable tubing 50 for protecting the melting part 21.
