Abstract:
To provide a lens unit that can prevent dust, for example, from entering the inside of a housing.SOLUTION: A lens unit 21 includes: a lens 3; a lens holder 4 for holding the lens 3; a housing 5 for containing the lens holder 4; and a cover 9 attached to the housing 5. The lens holder 4 has a boss 8 protruding to the outside. The housing 5 includes: an opening part 12 for integrating the lens holder 4 into the inside of the housing 5 from the outside of the housing; a slit 6 through which the boss 8 passes when the lens holder 4 integrated from the opening part 12 is moved to a predetermined position in the housing 5; and a boss container (a long hole 7) for containing the boss 8 when the lens holder 4 has been moved to the predetermined position. The cover 9 has a covering part (a protruding part 11) covering the entire area of the slit 6 located between the opening part 12 and the boss container (the long hole 7).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
