This system is provided with a means 30 for inputting input data such as the test result of a person being the target of guidance, his or her oral consultation reply, and the performance condition of an improvement program for each person being the target of guidance, a means 40 for time-sequentially storing the input data for each person being the target of guidance, a means 50 for extracting the improvement program to be actually presented to the person being the target of guidance from a master storing means 10 based on the latest input data and past input data of the person being the target of guidance and a means 70 for presenting the extracted improvement program to the person being the target of guidance. Also, the presentation condition of the improvement program is inputted, and stored so as to be associated with the improvement program so that the improvement program matched with the presentation condition can be extracted.
