Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a sheet member without making it dirty and convey the sheet member without moving a holding part itself.
SOLUTION: A tapered part 2d is provided on a body lower face, and an injection nozzle 2f is provided in a side part 2h of a lift absorbing device 2 injecting compressed air downward along the tapered part 2d to inject a high speed air stream for feeding in the direction of conveyance. The air stream injected from the tapered part 2d flows between a packing paper sheet 5a in a lower part and it, negative pressure for giving lift to the packing paper sheet 5a is generated, and the packing paper sheet 5a is separated and floats upward and is held. By injecting the air stream for feeding from the injection nozzle 2f, the floating and held packing paper sheet 5a can be conveyed in a non-contact manner.
