Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the maintenance of a uniform load in multipoint pressing, the maintenance of the flatness in the lower face of a slide and the improvement of working precision thereby.
SOLUTION: The pressing machine with multiple points comprises a frame, a crankshaft freely rotatably provided on the frame, three or more connecting rods whose large end portions are fitted to the crank shaft, and a slide fitted to the small end portions of these connecting rods, and is guided freely movably up and down by the frame. On no loading and at the bottom dead-center of the slide, the connection part between the connecting rods in both ends and the crankshaft has a clearance in the lower direction, and the connection part between the connecting rod in the intermediate part and the crankshaft has a clearance in the upper direction.
