Abstract:
To provide a light-emitting diode filament and a light-emitting diode filament bulb, which increases a heat radiation ability and reduces a dark region.SOLUTION: In a light-emitting diode filament and a light-emitting diode filament bulb, the light-emitting diode filament 1 comprise: a translucent substrate 10; at least one LED chip 20 fixed to a front surface of the translucent substrate; a heat radiation light emission layer 30; and a fluorescence substance 40, and the translucent substrate comprises a first electrode pin 11 and a second electrode pin 12 which are serially connected to the LED chip in both sides. The fluorescence substance is arranged at the front surface of the translucent substrate, and exposes the first and second electrode pins so as to pack the LED chip therein. The heat radiation light emission layer is formed on a back surface or the front surface of the translucent substrate, and is produced so as to include an electromagnetic wave powder having various kinds of different radiation frequency band. The fluorescence substance is emitted by being directly excited by the LED chip, and one part of an excitation light source of the LED chip excites a post heat radiation light emission layer passed through the translucent substrate to emit the light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
