To provide a light guide plate capable of uniformalizing and jumboizing a light-emitting face, and efficiently extracting and making good use of light of specific colors.

The light guide plate 2, equipped with light guide parts 11, 12 guiding given light incident from a predetermined direction along surfaces 11a, 12a to irradiate it outside from the surfaces 11a, 12a, is provided with an inflected part 13 inflecting the outer light irradiated from an LED part 3 in a predetermined direction and making it enter the light guide parts 11, 12. The inflected part 13 has the surfaces 13a, 13b for the outer light to enter coated with a phosphor 15 so as to convert wavelengths of at least a part of light out of light irradiated on the surfaces 13a, 13b into light of other wavelengths.
