CONSTITUTION: At a setting stage of a film 5, one side which is displaying characters and pattern 4 of the film 5 is set in the side of a cut face (c) of a base B1. A secondary molding for forming a decorative plate 1 as a cover by a transparent synthetic resin is performed so as to cover the film 5, which is made to be a rear panel P as a product. As the decorative plate 1 is made of a transparent material, the base B1 can be seen transparently so as to be a trimming of the decorative plate 1. Following the structure of the base B1, the film 5 is fastened by its terminal at the upper side in a plane state and fastened being wound until the side face of the base B1 at the lower side.
