To provide a lighting device fitting structure capable of improving a design of an interior surface, and a method for arranging a lighting device.SOLUTION: A lighting device fitting structure of the invention includes: an inner interior panel material and an outer interior panel material connected to each other so as to form a laminate part in which end parts in a panel in-plane direction overlap with each other in a thickness direction; and a lighting device which is disposed between the inner interior panel material and the outer interior panel material in the laminate part and is capable of irradiating an inner surface of the outer interior panel material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
