A lighting device includes: a circuit board on which a light source is provided; a position information transmitter for transmitting position information on the lighting device to a radio terminal; a transmission control module including a control circuit of the position information transmitter; a radio communication device for receiving identification information on the radio terminal and the position information from the radio terminal which received the position information, and for transmitting the identification information and the position information to a management server managing position of the radio terminal; a communication control module including a control circuit of the radio communication device; and a cover which houses the circuit board, the transmission control module, and the communication control module, and which is provided with a wiring opening which allows passage of at least one of wiring connecting the position information transmitter and the transmission control module, and wiring connecting the radio communication device and the communication control module.
