Title:
LIGHTING EQUIPMENT FOR BUDDHIST ALTAR FITTINGS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0779854
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To simplify the service for a ring lamp so as to prevent a risk such as fire or the like by connecting a connector from which cords are extended, to the back surface of a board on which more than four miniature bulbs are laid on a straight line so as to electrically form single character-like flames.

CONSTITUTION: More than four miniature bulbs 3 are laid on a straight line and are fixed on a board 2 having front and back surfaces from which cords for the miniature bulbs are extended and which are connected to a connector 4 mounted directly or indirectly on the board 2. For example, more than eight miniature bulbs 3 are laid on a straight line on the board 2 in a lighting equipment, and the connector 4 is fixed to the left end part of the board 2. The connector 4 is of a jack-type, incorporating, at its left end part, a hole 5 into which a plug can be inserted. The lighting units are laid on one line, and so emit very beautiful light. Further, if it is used for a ring lamp which is similar to the formal one, it can resemble the formal one as it is observed from the distance. Further, since it is electrical, no risk of occurrence of soot or a fire can occur, and further no necessity of troublesome work such as adjustment to a wick or the like can be eliminated. Further, since it is merely set on a receiving pan, it can be easily replaced with another one in the case of a failure.
