Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply connect two or more bulbs with electric wires by reducing processes.
SOLUTION: This lighting fixture is composed of a lamp housing 11 provided with a plurality of bulb mounting holes 16 in which bulbs are inserted and mounted; a contact 12 which has a caulking part 24 to be caulked to an electrode part 18 connected with the external electrode of each bulb and an insulated electric wire 13 and is attached to the periphery of the hole 16; and a contact blade 35 which is formed protrusively on the caulking part 24 and bites into the electric wire 13 when the caulking part 24 is caulked so as to come into contact with the core wire 27 in the insulative covering 34. The wire 13 can be used for connecting without peeling it for attaching a terminal piece, so that the number of processes is reduced and connection can be achieved simply.
