Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining sheet for a concrete mold that enables appropriate dewatering and deaeration and a smooth concrete surface to be formed.SOLUTION: A lining sheet 1 for a concrete mold is used by bonding on an inner surface of a mold panel 5, and includes: a water-permeable and air-permeable non-woven sheet 20; a water-permeable and air-permeable porous resin layer 10 applied on a surface of the non-woven sheet 20, the porous resin layer 10 being formed of an elastic resin foam and having a plurality of non-penetrating holes 11 that opens and is exposed on a surface side only, the surface side functioning as a suction cup; a water-permeable and air-permeable hot melt layer 30 formed on the other surface of the non-woven sheet 20; and a pulp sheet 40 formed on a surface side of the hot melt layer 30, the pulp sheet containing pulp as a main source material, using a water-soluble binding agent, and not letting a concrete particle pass through.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
