Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lipid membrane whose detecting sensitivity with reference to cyanide ions and metal ions is high.
SOLUTION: A lipid membrane 1 is constituted of a lipidic molecle group 23 and a membrane member 4 whose surface comprises a matrix 5 capable of housing the lipidic molecule group 23. Then, the lipidic molecule group 23 is composed mainly of dioctyl phosphate 2 and of trioctyl methylammonium chloride 3. The ratio of the volume of the trioctyl methylammonium chloride 3 to the total volume of the dioctyl phosphate 2 and the trioctyl methylammonium chloride 3 is at 50 to 70%.
