This liquid chromatographic device 1 is equipped with a cylindrical column 2, a filling agent 3 filled in the column 2, an upper side lid body 4 arranged on the upper end side of the column 2, a lower side lid body 5 arranged on the lower end side, an upper side filter 6 arranged on the lower side of the upper lid body 4, and a lower side filter 7 arranged on the upper side of the lower lid body 5. Each of low liquid-permeable part 6a, 7a is provided, respectively on the upper surface center of the filter 6 and the under surface center of the filter 7. Each low liquid-permeable part 6a, 7a is formed, by cutting the center part of each filter 6, 7 and by making the pores of each filter 6, 7 clogged.
