Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitation device capable of efficiently cooling a liquid in a container, relative to prior arts.SOLUTION: A powdery milk preparation device (1A) comprises: a milk preparation pod (4) for receiving milk (M); an agitation mechanism (50A) for agitating the milk (M); a thermistor (TM) contacting a side surface (4s) of the milk preparation pod (4), for detecting temperature of the milk (M); a cooling part (30A) for cooling the milk (M); and a control part (7) for controlling the cooling part (30A) on the basis of a time change of rise of temperature detected by the thermistor (TM), after the agitation operation of the agitation mechanism (50) is started.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
