Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge device which can easily adjust inclination of a head holder with high accuracy on an actual machine.SOLUTION: A liquid discharge device includes: one or multiple liquid discharge heads each having multiple nozzles for discharging droplets; a head holder which holds the one or multiple liquid discharge heads; a sub carriage which holds the head holder; and a carriage which holds the sub carriage and may move in a main scanning direction. A reference member extending along the main scanning direction is provided at the carriage, and the sub carriage is supported by the reference member and positioned by the carriage. The head holder and the sub carriage are provided with: rotary reference members for rotating the head holder around the main scanning direction relative to the sub carriage; shaft holes rotatably supporting the rotary reference members; and angle adjustment parts which restrict rotation of the head holder relative to the sub carriage and adjust a rotation angle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
