Title:
LIQUID DISPENSER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3308420
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make it possible to discharge plural different liquids simply by exchanging a bottle and to obtain an always specified discharge rate without being affected by the remaining amt. of the liquid by determining the remaining time to drive an air pump according to the remaining amt. of the liquid.
CONSTITUTION: A microcomputer 6a outputs a driving start signal to the air pump 4 and simultaneously starts an internal timer. An air layer 14 in the hermetic bottle 1c is pressurized by driving of the air pump 4. When a float 1a moves near to a discharge port 1b, this float is detected by a float detecting sensor 7 which inputs a detection output signal to the microcomputer 6a. This microcomputer 6a references the data of a table type in accordance with the time measured by the internal timer to obtain the data on the residual amt. of the liquid and the data on the remaining pump driving time. The microcomputer substitutes the data of the remaining pump driving time in a count back timer and starts the count back timer. The microcomputer stops the air pump 4 and simultaneously opens a solenoid valve 3 for the specified time when the back count timer counts nearly 0.
