Abstract:

To provide a liquid dispensing apparatus reinforced in a washing function for preventing the blocking of the tip opening of a dispensing head.

The liquid dispensing apparatus for sucking and discharging a very small amount of liquid has the dispensing head 2 that has an opening 54 for sucking and discharging liquid at one end, an opening 46a for discharging the liquid at the other end, and retains the liquid inside; washing tubs 7, 8 for retaining a washing liquid for washing the inside of the dispensing head 2; and a dispensing head inner washing means (for example, a pressure reducing tank 22 and a vacuum pump 25) for washing the inside of the dispensing head 2 by sucking the washing liquid from the opening 54 while one end of the dispensing head 2 is being dipped into the washing tubs 7, 8, and discharging the sucked washing liquid from the opening 46a.
