The first head line and the second head line of a head unit 103 of the liquid drop ejecting device of the invention are arranged mutually overlappedly so that the positions of the joint of nozzle line do not agree with each other for the first head line and the second head line when viewed from the direction crossing the nozzle line at a right angle; and in the first liquid drop ejecting head, second liquid drop ejecting head, third liquid drop ejection head and the fourth liquid drop ejecting head, nozzle lines in two lines are respectively formed in parallel mutually shifting half pithes; and also, the nozzle position of the first head line and the nozzle position of the second head line are shiftedly arranged so that they do not agree with each other when viewed from the direction crossing the nozzle line at a right angle.
