PURPOSE: To eliminate the need for a connector section for head itself, and to improve reliability by disposing droplet injection sections so as to be affected by heat from a heat generating section and forming a flexible conductive path reaching to a driving circuit to the extending section of a sheet substrate.
CONSTITUTION: A heating resistance layer 7 consisting of ruthenium oxide, etc. is applied previously onto a flexible base body 1 formed by a polyester film, etc., a drain electrode 2 is shaped onto the upper surface of the layer 7, and the drain electrode 2 is introduced to a heat generating section 8. A wiring for the drain electrode 2 is formed to the heat generating section 8, and a protective layer 11 for protection from ink is shaped to sections, to which a liquid chamber 9 and a liquid flow path 10 are formed, on the upper surface of the wiring. A flow-path wall 12A shaped through a photolithographic method by a photosensitive resin from glass and a dry film, a shrouding wall 12B and a top plate 12C are formed to the upper section of the layer 11.
