Abstract:
To provide an oil level controller and a liquid level setting detector therefor capable of preventing occurrence of response lag and securing preferable air tightness.SOLUTION: A liquid level setting detector 4 comprises; a transparent pipe 432; a liquid level detection sensor 435 having a projection part and a light reception part; and a band 437 for being round to the transparent pipe 432 for fitting the liquid level detection sensor 435 to an outer peripheral surface of the transparent pipe. In a state of fitting the liquid level detection sensor 435 to the transparent pipe 432, light from the projection part reflects on an inner peripheral surface of the transparent pipe 432 and arrives at the light reception part in a state in which there is no oil in the transparent pipe 432, on the other hand, the light from the projection part does not reflect on the inner peripheral surface of the transparent pipe 432 and does not arrive at the light reception part when there is oil in the transparent pipe 432. In addition, by releasing winding of the band 437 to the transparent pipe 432, a fitting position of the liquid level detection sensor 435 can be changed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
