To provide an exhaust means installed on a storage tank, and suppressed in failure and also suppressed in the necessity of maintenance.
This liquid storage device includes the storage tank T having a space for storing liquid (w) inside. A discharge pipe 4 is pulled out of the storage tank T from the inside of the storage tank T, and the liquid (w) in the storage tank T can be discharged to the outside of the storage tank T through the discharge pipe 4. The discharge pipe 4 comprises an opening 4a for taking in the liquid (w), and a suction hole 30b facing the upper part in the storage tank T. When the liquid (w) taken in from an opening 4a through the discharge pipe 4 is discharged to the outside of the storage tank T, the discharge pipe has a function of sucking gas (a) interposed in the upper part in the storage tank T through the suction hole 30b into the discharge pipe 4 and exhausting the sucked gas (a) to the outside of the storage tank T together with the liquid (w).
