The medium for packaging 10A with the personal information breakdown function is characterized by having the personal information 12 in which such a piece of information as the address and the name of the recipient are printed on a shape of a character string on at least one face 11a of the medium 11 for packaging the inside of which is sealed, and a broken line notch frame 13A which is formed so as to be releasable on the one face 11a and in which the characters in the character string are cut into broken lines and surrounded so that the character strings of the personal information 12 can be broken down so as to be unreadable to an outside third person when it is released.
