Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily and surely send acoustic waves to a region to be treated without displacing a patient, i.e., a limb to be treated in particular. CONSTITUTION: This organism therapeutic device is provided with an acoustic wave source 10 and an X-ray position measuring device having an X-ray source 2 and an X-ray receiver 3, the X-ray source 2 and X-ray receiver 3 are fitted to a C-shaped curved body 1 face to face, and the C-shaped curved body 1 is stored in a holder 7 movable around the center axis M along its periphery. The acoustic wave source 10 can be moved along the periphery of the C-shaped curved body 1 so that the acoustic axis A of the acoustic wave source 10 invariably crosses the center axis M of the C-shaped curved body 1.
