In the electrophotographic device where a multiple number of amorphous silicone photoreceptor consisting of cylindrical substrates are mounted, the multiple number of amorphous silicon photoreceptor 1a, 1b, 1c and 1d are formed by heaped film forming devices of a same constitution and they are mounted to the electrophotographic device so that the places of installment of the cylindrical substrates inside the heaped film forming devices is made the same in the axial direction and the direction of the cylindrical substrates when being formed by the heaped film is the same in the end part in the axial direction.
