Abstract:
To provide a work locating device capable of locating one work certainly relative to another work and securing the space for executing welding operations as wide as practicable while the applicability to different automobile models is taken into consideration.
The work locating device 1 for welding of an automobile is to execute location of one work F as a constituent part of the automobile relative to another work P fed by a transport device 2 in such a condition as provisionally attached to the work F, with which a frame 6 to locate the works F and P from above and support is arranged as elevating and sinking, and when the frame 6 has elevated, the sides of the works F and P are released.
