Abstract:
To provide a long and short composite yarn having excellent stretchability, recovering properties, bulking properties and shape-stability of a core-and-sheath structure.
This long and short composite yarn includes a conjugate fiber obtained by sticking two kinds of polyester-based polymers one of which is the polyester consisting essentially of a polytrimethylene terephthalate along the fiber length direction to form a side-by-side shape. The polyester-based stretchable woven fabric is obtained by using the long and short composite yarn as at least one of a warp yarn or a weft yarn, and has ≥10% elongation of the woven fabric in the direction in which the long and short composite yarn is used.
