Abstract:
PURPOSE: To promote sound insulating efficiency and strength of a panel by sticking a sealing compound between both right and left stiles forming the louver panel to form an air-tight space section, and pouring core material thereinto.
CONSTITUTION: A louver panel 1 is so formed that a corrugated decoration plate 5 is fitted into insertions 8 of stiles and that a sheet-like sealing compound is stuck between both right and left stiles 3 and 3. Folded edge section 13 and 13 of a back board 2 are brought into contact with fixed edge section 12 and 12 provided to both right and left stiles 3 and 3, a space 14 is formed of the back board 2, stiles 3 and 3 and sheet-like sealing compound 4 constructed between the stiles 3 and 3, and the space 14 is filled with core material 15. By this constitution, since the core material 15 can be filled in almost the entire area in the panel, a metal sound is not generated, and the strength of the panel is promoted.
