Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a combustion device producing low NO2 in which an amount of BO2 contained in hot air discharged out of the device can be substantially reduced.
CONSTITUTION: A combustion device producing low NO2 having at least a burner box 112 storing a burner 111 and having an air flow passage 114 around the burner box 112 is constructed such that a combustion discharged gas guiding cylinder 50 is fixed above the burner box 112 with a space S capable of taking in air required for the combustion discharged gas to be secondary ignited as well as an amount of air required for decreasing a temperature of the combustion discharged gas down to a temperature range of about 1200°C to 800°C being left. With such an arrangement as above, the combustion discharged gas produced out of the burner box can be held within the combustion discharged gas guiding cylinder 50 at a temperature of about 1200°C to 800°C for a predetermined period of time, so that a producing amount of NO2 within the combustion discharged gas is substantially reduced.
