Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a device and method in which only a load which is necessary to be re-activated can be automatically reactivated in the shortest time.
CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a central control unit 3 connected through a first connecting means 4 with plural activation control units 5 and 8. The control unit 3 is connected through another connecting means with a control unit which can be operated by a user. This device is provided with a function which prepares a switch re-apply chart according to a prescribed condition based on a signal for requesting the permission of switch re-apply from the activation control units 5 and 8 when a main power source is turned defective, and as a result, a switch means is disconnected, and transmits a command for switch re-apply to the activation control units 5 and 8 based on the switch re-apply chart.
