Abstract:
To provide a low-pollution fuel by which the discharge of an environmental contaminant can be reduced while keeping the characteristics as a fuel good, and which is excellent in safety and preservation stability.
The low-pollution fuel comprises 50-70 mass% ethanol, 5-15 mass% methyl t-butyl ether, 5-15 mass% diethyl ether and 12-28 mass% dibutyl ether. The low-pollution fuel is preferably set so that the electroconductivity may be within 500-1,000 μS/m. The ethanol is preferably derived from a biomass, and especially preferably obtained by using at least one or more kinds selected from sugarcane, corn and sweet potato as raw materials.
